• You must arrive at Playa Langosta at 8am to complete your Registration/Check-In process.
• Please use the comments section to include infants 1 m or younger in your reservation as their participation is free of charge.
• You will need to pay the Dock Usage Fee at check-in before boarding. Adults $250 MXN, Children $250 MXN, Children under 5 years old do not pay this fee.
• The use of life jackets is mandatory in all aquatic programs.
• In Isla Mujeres, this program supports groups with a maximum of 12 people.
• Infants from 1 to 5 years old and Minors up to 1.20m /47.24in /3.93ft must complete the experience accompanied by 1 paid adult.
• Children from 6 to 12 years old with a height greater than 1.21m /47.63in /3.96ft and a height less than 1.40m /55.11in /4.59ft can take the experience accompanied by 1 paid adult.
• Children 13 years old and older with a height greater than 1.40m /55.11in /4.59ft must pay their ticket as an adult and will be able to do the experience alone.
• The use of cameras in water is not allowed. Professional photographs will be available for sale.
