Important information

• The sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages to minors is restricted.
• Boarding point: Playa Langosta Pier. Remember to arrive at least 30 minutes before departure time, so you can board without setbacks.
• Docking with cost of $200 MXN (National Price), paying at the time of registration
• All passengers pay for transportation, children pay for transportation from 4 years of age.
• All services require prior reservation.
• Ground transportation is only for the hotel zone of Cancun and Riviera Maya. You must indicate the hotel, lobby and room number in the comments box in step 1 of your purchasing process. Valid by booking 48 hours in advance.
• If, due to weather issues, the Port Captaincy cancels any activity and if guests are unable to reschedule, a proportional refund will be made for the activity not carried out.
• For safety, only children over 8 years old can snorkel
• For safety, pregnant women cannot participate in the program
• Children under 5 years old can board, but will not be able to snorkel and must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
