• Children 1 - 5 years old have access to the parks and free transportation
• The cost of the dock usage fee is $250 MXN, and is paid at check-in
• Children 6 years and older must pay the cost of docking

• To carry out the temazcal activity you must register to reserve your place and time when you arrive at the park*
• Maritime transportation leaves 9 am from Playa Langosta Km 5.5 of the Hotel Zone

• The use of lifeguards is mandatory in all aquatic activities
• For safety reasons, pregnant women (5 months and older) are not allowed to participate in water activities or zip lining

• Infants from 1 to 5 years old and Minors with a height of up to 1.20m/3.93ft must carry out the swimming experience accompanied by 2 paid adults
• Children from 6 to 12 years old with a height greater than 1.20m/3.93ft and a height less than 1.40m/4.59ft can take the swimming experience accompanied by a paid adult
• Children 13 years old and older with a height of 1.40m/4.59ft or more must pay their ticket as an adult and will be able to swim alone
