What you should know before booking

• Please note that you must arrive at the check-in point at least 30 minutes before departure.
• Maximum weight: 118 kg.
• Minimum age: 8 years.
• Minimum height: 1.2 m. Without exceptions, all children will be measured upon arrival.
• The children's price applies to ages 8 to 11 years. The adult price applies to ages 12 and up.
• Drivers of the Polaris vehicle must be 18 years of age or older and present a valid driver's license. Driving licenses are not allowed.
• Insurance of USD 40 per vehicle will be charged for collision/damage at check-in.
• For security reasons, the use of cameras, including cell phones, GoPro and drones, is not permitted.
• This tour is not suitable for pregnant women and people with back, neck, heart, balance or vertigo problems.
